Requiescat Stacks Not giving full Potency?

Just noticed and repeated several times today... not getting full potency on Holy Spirit on the 5th/last stack of Requiescat. This normal or a known issue? I'm lvl 70 Paladin so not sure if this is something that is the same for level 90 Paladins.

When you get confiteor at lvl 80 you end requem cast window with that skill aka x4 holy spirit +1 confiteor, and in level 90 confiteor become a 4 step combo in 1 buttom so x4 holy spirits + x4 blade fest, i hope that answer your question and yeah maybe is a problem that cease to exist when you learn confiteor but who knows.

I'm testing by... casting Requiescat... then casting 5 holy Spirits. *shrug* Seems to me like it might be an order of operations issue. The last stack of Req is used to make the 5th Holy Spirit instant cast, but then the stack is gone when it's time to calculate the Potency on HS.

Guess that was a dumb question on my part but I meant if you were looking at numbers in game or using a certain program. At any rate I tried a few times myself and yeah, the last hit generally does less damage which seems like a bug.

Still a bug and it should be posted in the bug section, since Paladins don't get Confiteor until 80, making it a DPS loss in things like level 70 Ultimates.

good to know, just go ahead and drop a holy spirit instead of an atonement until u r lvl80
