We can call it Esuna III because there are exactly III instances where Esuna has any value whatsoever per expansion.
I like this idea, but I feel it should still have its current cooldown. There are times however, that I feel Waunakee should just remove ALL effects instead of just one, I feel it would be a great QoL change.
Why give an awful recast timer. Healers are the garbage of the garbage in the job list, ask for the sky.
Does this mean we can have an Esuna II that does an AOE cleanse with the same effect as Esuna does now? Because real-talk, that'd actually be pretty useful.
+1 for the suggestion though. Assuming that Square actually give us more situations to use it. Speaking of which - is it just me or are the poisons during the bosses in Thousand Maws uncleansable now? Ran it last night for the first time since the changes and I noticed the debuffs didn't have the little white/blue bar above that usually indicates you can cleanse them. Not 100% sure if that's a visual bug or the devs' intent. Easy enough to heal through, but I'd like my cleanse to have more relevance.

maybe in the future they will recycle her and call it a new "expansion skill" to unlock at level 200 which will be the only expansion skill healers ever will get and stay with 1 button pressed up to said level.
Should honestly just merge Esuna to Cure 1 equivalents and make the cleanse AoE, so the devs don't have to overthink how less used Cure 1 equivalents are used the further into the game you go. When they look to overhaul healers I mean. But this keeps a button (they change things due to bloat but i don't think they'd want to ever have Cure 1 equivalents on that chopping block even if the argument for it can be made) but frees up a cross role action for something like a gap closer/dash. I'm pushing for a gap closer/dash cuz it's something they can add and never have to worry about balancing cuz at most it means you can get to safety when going for a hardcast rez and you're cutting it close to a mechanic going off. But that's cuz the best feeling for me is the mobility certain jobs have to dash any which way they can for style points.
