Honestly, if he'd displayed the bad haircut, said, "and this is why we've got to work more on it" and then DIDN"T release it (or only a few that would have completely hidden in the hair anyway) I would have completely understood.

That hair is more a threat then a reward, and works far better that way.

More like incompetent. It's blunt but it's true, incompetency is the only reason I can think of for the reason they'd ever consider releasing something so half assed.

At this point they should just pay whatever royalties required to the modders and release ingame the dozens of hairstiles they've adapted, including the ones added in this patch but a lot less hideous.

They look terrible! Only the Pulse one is even reasonable to hide ears! And really, the 9s hair? Why pick one of the worst hairs in the game?
