In response to popular demand, we decided to give the opportunity to (EU) Welcome Back Campaign participants to move to Ragnarok. In the interests of fairness, we chose to expand this option to all (EU) players willing to move to Ragnarok.

For this and other account-related issues, we aren't able to discuss them on the forum, so we would like for those affected to contact our GM support staff in-game by May 31st. We‘re aiming at transferring all applicants to Ragnarok during the next patch maintenance (tba). Please note that this exceptional measure applies for the World Ragnarok and European players only. As mentioned in the past we want to improve the playing experience for European players, who form a small minority scattered across the Worlds, and make it easier for them to get together and form parties.

World Transfers are currently closed but transfers to Ragnarok will be available soon.

If you're not interested in moving to Ragnarok (I can't blame you) you can always wait for the launch of 2.0 when everyone will be given another free transfer.

I'm not too bothered about moving to Ragnarok considering I'm from EU. Why'd you say "can't blame you", Colino? Just genuine curiosity here. Something wrong about the server?

Not at all, I just figured you were switching servers to maybe join friends (that's the number one reason people do it). Ragnarok is a "new" server but since you're an EU player you'll feel right at home.
