Back at the Early Access for Endwalker I accidentally turned my Thyrus Ultima weapon in for Grand Company seals while clearing my inventory. I immediately filed a support ticket and I have been asking for updates once a month since. Every time I just get the following reply:
"We understand that you are inquiring about when your item would arrive
upon completion of our investigation, and we apologize for any frustration you
may have experienced due to any delay.
As we have received a large number of requests, we ask for your continued
patience while we process them in the order received. At this time, we have
escalated your concern and can confirm that your request has been received
and is still in progress. Our investigation may take some time to conduct and
we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured, a
Game Master will complete the process for you as soon as one is available to
do so. Upon completion of our investigation, vou should be contacted by a GM."

I am very patient but this has become beyond ridiculous.

Please help!
