    Character recovery for a 2nd time?

    Hi, is there any way to get past the "one time recovery per account" limit?

    I want to recover a second character on the same account. Is it possible? I'm ok paying for it, 100 euros + easily.. i just want it back.

    Unfortunately the character recovery process can only be done once per account. Once the character restoration has been used on the SQUARE ENIX ID, it cannot be done again. For more information we advised to contact the European Support Center.
