Ok, thanks Kap, that gives me some hope, lol. I was just not feeling any purpose atm, I suppose, I tried scouring 2.0 plans again to get myself motivated and then it appeared like there wouldn't be anything substantial until well after Jan 2013. Thank you for the inspiration ^^

Can anyone point me in the right direction to know or find the long range purpose of this game? I searched 2.0 documentation, but I don't really see anything, just how most of the mechanics of this game will change.

I know we currently have battles for gear and weapons, but for what purpose? What is there to do with this gear/weapons other than to stand in town and show it off?

Are there plans for things such as Campaign or Dynamis, or Limbus or anything of SUBSTANCE that is planned to be implemented in this game? Please steer me in the right direction! I need purpose people!!

Oh please, I was asking a serious question, I was looking over the 2.0 roadmap and wondered if anyone knew what content would be added, is that so horrible?

I wanted to know if we have something like CoP missions or Campaign stuff or anything along those lines, as I did not see it in the 2.0 stuff outside of PvP.

The "spine" of an MMO is it's main story mission. It's essentially the the core element, it's what defines the universe in which you play in and the purpose of your virtual existence.
