Specifically this; If everyone in the party is "not new" as in, have already completed the content before - the cutscenes should be skippable/auto-skipped.

I understand why you want them not skippable, specifically for the new players. But if you don't see a "this is someones first time, here's some more poetics" prompt, then you should also have skipping on.

Using Prae as an example, its still 75% unskippable cutscenes. Please continue to make a revision of this mode.

That opens a whole other can a worms though, e.g. tanks that will quit if they don't have the 10-minute version of Praetorium but the 25-minute one.

The Main Scenario roulette was always meant to take longer and be a bit more cutscene heavy, so I do like where it currently is in my opinion. It's shorter, and all three are about equally long.

One thing that should have been added is the Aetherochemical Research Facility (60). Also a dungeon without loot that is cutscene heavy. Make the cutscenes unskippable, add it to the roulette, and we have (a bit) more variety.
