He said that this season's rewards would be available through the next season before being removed. So I'm guessing Wolf Collars will be the currency they will use. Which is fair I guess. It's still a sizeable time investment.

Here's an interesting note: I can get those titles and weapons, right now, if I just git gud. I have a goal I can aspire to, even if it is long term. Even if it is VERY long term. They'll be available for as long as the game exists.
The same cannot be said of the PvP rewards. At least, not of the old Feast rewards. I can never get those, I can never git gud enough to acquire those, I just missed the boat by virtue of not being the best of the best years ago.
The new rewards look like they might be better, but they also might be in the same goddamn boat. Rewards that get cycled out after two series instead of one season and then just, fuck you you can't get it anymore.
I have hope that the rank rewards at least might be better, permanent rewards that you get for that rank that you can always aspire to. But then again, they're just portrait options, so who cares.

We really don't care. People who want specific glamour items will either work to get them, or not get them. The glam is your reward. Either do it or don't get it.

IIRC all rewards will be available even into future seasons, so they are not on a "fear of missing out" list. Yoshi-P stated (or at least the translation stated) this one the stream.

None of the new PvP rewards besides plate packs from top 100/top 1 rank require playing any CC. I don't see what the problem is...
