My SCH butt as well, havent dared to try my former pvp fav AST... but all the healers probs arent having their best time X__X
New mode is fun :3
But I am not very smart with pvp generally, i do not play pvp games/modes in many different games. I don't know if the reforms are healthy for pvp overall, but I've never ever felt so abused in ff14 pvp - i mean by game mechanics, not by other people.
I dare to like healing... but it is kinda hard now, gotta just pray that team forms tight enough cluster to spread adlo. And then just pray. I miss repose.

I'm having a ton of fun with PVP, but it could be better.
-Remove the insta kill LBs, they don't require skill nor can they miss. Anti fun, period. It needed to go the day before the patch went live.
-Purify needs to not only remove debuffs/CC but also make you immune to them for the duration, the healers don't stand a chance otherwise.
PS:Why is GNB useless and why does PLD's stun not work on intervene?






this is what i'm sayin lol i love gnb but they crippled it so badly in pvp, you have to make sure the enemy is in your aoe ulti in order to kill them and they can literally run away from it. and draw and junction is so rng based on the opponent you have to fight that its no match for wars heal regains or drks dmg overtime


I dislike everything about this pvp. I don't like it at all. I find it very unfun and only play for the rewards.
What is going on with Samurai and Dragoon tho? Feel powerless against them. Even with heals they can hunt me down running away while my Bard is hardly doing anything in return. Maybe playing the wrong job.
Yes, to make it worse Bards main source of damage goes down when they get close. Worse it has a RP walk and a cast time which makes you a sitting duck. What is the point of playing a rng physical job if you have cast times on your attacks?
