I can't comment on Bard or Dancer, but MCH already has the weakness of having zero mitigation/selfhealing (outside of what everyone has). Yes, there's technically the bishop but if you're gonna use that, you'll either be in melee range anyway or the other team is already dead/running.
Plus it's not just some filler thing to use, it can lock your entire kit up...so unless you want to stick to your normal attack, you already have to get personal right into the fight. I've senselessly burned Bioblaster at so many opportunities just to get rid of it...shouldn't really be the purpose of the skill.

Also "delete any job I want every 90 seconds" is bull. You either set up the whole Wildfire, filler, burst, LB combo to really delete someone (ideally WF->Filler->Analysis/Air Anchor->LB for 12k/stun and following up with 36k+12k) or you stick to someone <18k HP to still catch them despite popping a heal. At which time Analysis+Drill does the same job while even ignoring guard.
