World Transfer Service

Hi, I'm wondering if there are any plans on implemented World Transfer services?
My friend recently joined the game and Durandal was full, so he started a new char on Sargatanas instead.
I'd really like to play with him, but it feels like I've progressed too much to really want to start over.
An option to alleviate the congestions on Durandal might be to let people leave the server right?

I think it was Rukkiri that posted a response stating they plan on adding in a World Transfer service after 2.0's release.

Hm ... I think I remember this being brought up in one of the Live "Letters from the Producer" saying that Yoshi-P wants to do it but no definite confirmation on it just yet. He also mentions character name change, and that it's unlikely to do it due to name restrictions, some kind of BS that didn't make much sense to me having to go through the GM service or something like that, so it may not be possible at all but still looking into that.

Now then, I’d like to share some good news!

In response to popular demand, we decided to give the opportunity to (EU) Welcome Back Campaign participants to move to Ragnarok. In the interests of fairness, we chose to expand this option to all (EU) players willing to move to Ragnarok.

For this and other account-related issues, we aren't able to discuss them on the forum, so we would like for those affected to contact our GM support staff in-game by May 31st. We‘re aiming at transferring all applicants to Ragnarok during the next patch maintenance (tba). Please note that this exceptional measure applies for the World Ragnarok and European players only. Yes everyone will be able to change there race & appearance once 2.0 comes round.
