Still three days to go, and most people will be waiting until the end, so those 29 bids will jump substantially, and the nature of it means the one with 7 will also jump.

If you allow people to withdraw what will happen is a popular person with 50 friends will say "come help me guys" they will all bid, plot will have 50 entries, everyone else will skip it... and at the last moment, all the friend remove their entry, and leave just her to win.
