Near 10 seconds for me. After the counter hits 0, there's a fade to black with loading, then there's the whole ress animation before you can even start moving, and that takes 10 seconds.

10 second respawns is to punishing
considering it takes an additional 7 seconds for the revive animation to play depending on your SSD speed for loading
that's 17 seconds for a single death
and it increases by 1 more per death
so 17 + 18 + 19 for each death
Which is a near min of not playing the game
As you can see in this image, two people had a death of 8 and 9 in this match. Without considering the fade to black timer, that's 2 full mins of being dead in a mode that's only 5 mins. With the fade to black revive, that's literally 1/2 of the entire match not getting to play.

Fully agree that it's a step too far, if nothing it completely removes the momentum of a fast paced game mode, due to factors the game itself can't even mitigate. Hardware, connection issues, the server taking longer to respond due to internet traffic... these problems were already bad enough for other elements of gameplay, to add a static delay of such ridiculous time, one that increases with each death, in a mode where people will die at one point or another is just baffling.
This creates a problem, as overtime in matches becomes both a blessing and curse, in the sense that defenders must hold off the attacking team against impossible odds because their comrades are still stuck loading in. While it is still a more competitive and fast-paced mode compared to a lot of other content, it doesn't lend itself to enjoyability, and it certainly doesn't prevent overtime to punish the fallen players in such a manner, the delay they'll suffer outside of the static timer will always be unbalanced, that's just the nature of online gameplay.
Make no mistake, the mode is still enjoyable when you can engage in it. But this will likely become a problem down the road if left as is.

I think you should only get the raise penalty in Overtime

when I'm losing, the timer feels to long. when I'm winning the timer feels just right.

It should be 60 seconds if you die 1v5.

I think they should be longer if anything. Most games go to overtime instead of actually ending which is tedious.
After playing for awhile.....the respawn timer needs to be cut in half. Its way too long and its way too easy to snowball.
