Trusts and Duty Support - I'm confused

Those percentages are based on collectors specifically and not the entire lodestone, but it's still a lot of people.

"Duty Support" is what used to be called Scenario Mode in the Trust interface. It gives you only the characters who were canonically present when you did the duty in the story at the duty's minimum level. "Trust" is now what used to be called Avatar Mode in the Trust interface, where you could level the NPCs and take them into duties even if they weren't there during the story.
