So, as far as I can tell, nobody uses Trusts for two reasons: It takes a lot longer to do a dungeon with these bots rather than Real People. and if you die with a Trust, the duty resets rather than the healer Trust rezzing you. Ok.
So I ran some Duty Support yesterday to level my MCH from 30 - 45. And it seemed very reasonable. But in the new Castrum this morning with my RPR 85, it was slogging. [BTW, can we cut the alarm noise earlier? Seriously?] Just like Trusts slog. Ran the Roulette and got Castrum with real folks and my guess is that it's 30% faster. So.. One of my confusions is: If the stats are standardized for this dungeon to IL 60 or whatever, why is Duty Support slower to kill stuff? They don't seem dumb. And I'm the same toon on the same job both times. Hey, SX we aren't gonna use DS and Trusts if they are so much worse than people. Have you not noticed this in the statistics you are keeping on our gameplay? Can we please make DS and Trusts put out the same DPS as people? And allow healers to rez our DPS or Tank when we are running with them? Don Megh first boss is un runnable with Trusts since the splashy splashy never works out for me. Also, Alphy Cheats in the Well with the Armordillo. Alphy stands close on the overhead blast and if I stand with him I die instantly. I don't see a Aloq buff on him. He is just cheating as far as I can tell.
And one more thing. I play a couple of times a week with a friend, and I'll bet lots of us play with friends. But we can't fill our party with DS or Trusts. Why not? If these NPCs can play, then the leader should be able to do a DS / Trust to fill out a party with the correct NPCs to allow folks to play together. Why are these features just for solo players?
Of course, if the NPCs aren't really playing, but just faking it, then it won't be possible to add them to non-solo parties because they are conspiring behind our backs to make it look like they are playing. Hey, Alphy? What was that you just did?
For jobs less than 50, DS is my go to for leveling. Except there is a gap in the dungeon list from 42ish - 50. Add some dungeons - and fix some for DS - and we can stop grinding PoD and do something more interesting.
BTW, Good job on the fixes to Tokomak and Stone Vigil. Both are much nicer. Not just mechanics but the look too.
