I was in a PT killing mitelings south of Nophica's Wells.

Nophica's Wells, Humblehearth, and Cedarwood should all have enemies in the low-mid 30's for a L30 party to fight.

I'd try to find a linkshell if i were you. I was having a similar problem. I came back after 'giving up' on the current state of the game. I wanted to give the devs time to fix the broken.

Came back, and i like the direction of the game, but it'll be a while before it's really up to par and where the devs want it to be.

anyway i felt like i was noobing it up a bit too much on my PUG so i've been leveling CNJ, and it's been hideously slow. I shouted for a LS, found someone to duo with, and got like 5 levels in an hour last night, and had way more fun doing it.
