Continual errors since patch update

Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV? I only have Discord running but it has never affected it before ever
Does this only happen to one character or all characters? I only have 1 char at that point in the MSQ
All steps taken to resolve the issue: So far ive verified Steam countless times with no errors, repaired my game, reinstalled my game countless times and it was still happening, checked all drivers and updates were current which they were, ran the launcher in DX9 which worked for abit but now it doesnt at all, i also get booted when i watch the new msq cutscenes in the unending journey and its ONLY the new ones. It only happens with the new MSQ since 6.1 dropped it never happened before and it doesnt happen with any other quest or part of the game its just the new MSQ
