    Had a simular issue. Seems your DirectX are the problems. Unfortunately It seems Windows doesnt let you uninstall and reinstall them. I had to format the PC and reinstall everything. Never had the same problem since then (like a month ago)..

    Ive literally done everything i can think while waiting for any form of reply or help from SE and i still have no idea why its happening
