New role quests not showing up

Shirabaht is not showing the new role quests for me (Bitter Snow). From what I can see, I have completed all the requirements: completed MSQ and completed Ever March Heavensward (which takes you to Radz-at-Han). I can see the quest icons for the other classes, but not for magical DPS. I can't tell what I am missing. Anyone have any thoughts?

New role quests are for when you complete all of the existing role quests. If you can see the quest icons for the other classes, then you haven't completed all of them, right, or am I misunderstanding?

So to clarify, "Bitter Snow" is a capstone quest that unlocks from completing all of the role quests for all five roles. It's not a role-specific, but rather a finale that encompasses all. If you're looking specifically for the Magical DPS one, you're looking for "Our Aching Souls," which is granted by the Ishgardian delegate. Assuming you've completed it if you're looking for Bitter Snow, you actually have to finish the other four role series first to unlock Bitter Snow.

The is correct. If the other class quests can still be seen, Bitter Snow will not be available. The quest chains for all 5 roles must be completed, not just one.
