You're not allowed to change jobs once you're in the mode anyway, so I don't see why you can't set something like 1 Tank, 1 Healer, and 3 DPS for each comp in Ranked like you would in a dungeon.

Because last time they've tried to enforce role composition in Feast the queues completely died couple of weeks into the season due to lack of healers. Reworking jobs to make healers significantly less important (no healer toolkit has a spammable heal anymore) was also part of this design.

Tanks are too strong and having a healer with a tank vs. a team without will always win. Even more so in higher ranks. It's straight garbage that they let teams be unbalanced in a ranked mode. The only way to beat that is with coordination which you can't do since there is zero communication allowed.
