I don't know what grade of Math you must possess in order to tell the difference between 10:100 and 25:250, but certainly not the level of devs.
I can accept the excuse of balancing Auto-crit of BIG-NUMBERS requires some work but come on, how difficult could make a non "1/10 = 1/10" gonna be?
