Any smart person would wait until the last few days and then look at which house has 125 lotteries and another 5 lottery. It’s really to the point I can care less where my house is, I just WANT A HOUSE!

Everyone wants location and a MB and bell in front of their house, go ahead put your name in that lottery, while I put mine a hour before the lottery ends with better odds.

Tell that to my FC mates who already laid their eggs all over the district. Admittedly, I got home late and logged on likewise, but they were supposed to wait for me so I could stop them from doing exactly what they did. Ugh! so impulsive.

Anywho, making a late bid doesn't increase your odds, so I imagine what you meant is you want to evaluate the plots a little closer to cutoff in order to increase your chances by bidding on a plot with few participants. I had the same idea. And that means a ton of other players do too. However, you do have the right idea in mind when it comes to location, and oddly enough, the ward number can play a huge factor.
