Please dev I'm begging, just invest in instanced housing

I know other players like the wards and I know they were initially originally only meant for FCs. But the moment the playerbase wanted personal housing, this should have been a step taken.

You cannot blame players for wanting a house when content is locked behind it (RIP those who want to garden). You cannot blame players for getting frustrated when you as the devs invest so much into adding new pretty housing items every major patch, a lot of which are outdoor only (as well as years of previous event rewards being outdoor only) and yet housing is not accessible. You cannot blame players for having high hopes for Island Sanctuary when they are telling you what they want and you sidestep them.

I know there are limitations and I know the devs are working with spaghetti code, but this is beyond frustrating for a huge bulk of the playerbase. Other MMOs have solved this problem. Just please, I'm begging the devs to invest in instanced housing as an option for personals. If there is a way please just do it. until you do, every housing update is going to be an explosion of frustration.

I think they need to do a form of instanced housing. I think if anything they should have good data as to how many people bid in the lottery versus how many actually won houses. I think they both can and should exist together.

Agreed if folks want neighbors or build a community then your FC can add to the instanced location an instance housing would solve so much instead of this insane housing war we have been dealing with it'd also kill off a lot of those house sellers and give folks reason to spend gild such as increasing house size and adding more land.

Imagine how much profit could be made with those mogstation housing items if people actually had housing hmmm
