Surprisingly it does work. But far less sarcastic and just using basic courtesy, more like this (I am going to do something of an English version of a Japanese forum post, these are not my views :P).

I understand that it's important that free companies get a home on their mackerel, and after a few cycles when they do, if there is still empty land, it would be nice for solo players to adjust the 75% fc/personal split and increase the number of wards we can enter in for personal housing.
