Nonstop Crashing

Hello! Every time I zone into the new dungeon, my game crashes! I tried lowering my graphics, updating my drivers, restarting, and running as admin but I keep crashing and am out of ideas.

If its anything like me crashing during the MSQ, i ended up having to disable dirextx11 in the launcher to just get past it but then id get a dirextx11 error because it wasnt enabled and id crash again. Its only happening with the new MSQ but it never happened when EW released, either way its ridiculous

Yeah, same. I was doing the MSQ with some friends just now and every time I entered a cutscene I would crash like 80% of the time. I made it a little further when I switched to DX9 but then it started happening again like you said. Beyond infuriating because the new 24man is MSQ gated. I can't get to that point.

We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.
