and not just letting pitch perfect stacks persist for 10-15 secs after WM



I am actually also annoyed that I can't see my CD timer on WM anymore. At first I was okay with the posts saying "it doesn't hurt you" and then getting aggravated (even more so with the bug) that Pitch Perfect replacing WM no longer lets me see this timer! The timer that let's me know when it's off CD.
The PP changes really doesn't help bloating issues when there are better options based on the current design, like:
1. Just merge Raging strikes and barrage
2. Making heavy shot/ burst arrow change into Refulgent Arrow when it procs
3. Remove Sidewinder
4. Deleting Dots and Iron jaws
5. Deleting all role actions that interrupt or cause negative status effect in PVE areas since the PVP patches heavily nerfed them in the overworld
This would have made way more sense because it's annoying when the action is sometimes canceled mid animation

BRD being the last bastion of DoT DPS jobs would cause the DoT lovers to jump you with that suggestion. Not saying I disagree though, and the Repertoire changes certainly set that up.The PP changes really doesn't help bloating issues when there are better options based on the current design, like:

2. Making heavy shot/ burst arrow change into Refulgent Arrow when it procs
3. Remove Sidewinder
4. Deleting Dots and Iron jaws
5. Deleting all role actions that interrupt or cause negative status effect in PVE areas since the PVP patches heavily nerfed them in the overworld

Combining sidewinder/Empyreal Arrow with charges and/or just dumping those charges into Bloodletter. Get rid of Shadowbite and have Refulgent arrow cleave (and replace both burst shot and Ladon's Bite). Get rid of Rain of Death and make Bloodletter cleave.

Yeah, I'm definitely not in the "remove DoTs" camp either, but the current design just screams "REMOVAL IMMINENT". It just really doesn't look good, prospect wise for them
I rarely notice when they're needed, and when they are they can usually be avoided entirely. Unlike, 2.0 bind which kept enemies at a distance, interrupted, and wasn't canceled out by damage. BRD was basically an anti-mage in early PVP

Also why get rid of Rain of death and not get rid of bloodletter instead? Besides the level differences, it is what you are asking.
Finally, while replacing sidewinder with a second charge of Empyreal Arrow might not make the most exciting capstone, neither does Sidewinder so I wouldn't see that as problematic.
That said, sidewinder does have lots of room to design something in it whose only restrictions are "must target an enemy", "is an ability" and "does damage". So its removal might be a bit counterproductive if they plan to ever have an ability with some effect that satisfies these conditions. (And it means that you don't need to spend resources on building new animations and effects for the new ability).

As for the Rain of Death/Blood Letter, same difference. Make one do a lot of damage to primary target plus have damage fall off in X AE configuration and get rid of the other.

Basically, there were other options that would actually create space for newer actions, and that was my list for a best to worst in descending order as opposed to just solving nothing and multiplying Wanderer's Minuet actions for their effort

Just giving this the bump. I don’t plan on playing Bard for a lot of reasons, but you guys know why it sucks. Don’t want this drowned in the Sam spam.
