    What does everyone think of the respawn timers?

    Personally, I'm not exactly a fan of the changing respawn timers going from 10s to 14s. It feels way to long for a fast paced gamemode like CC. If your team ends up wiping on the first cap point then its pretty much a free win for the opposing team. And it just feels god awful waiting for 14s to respawn then another 1-3s to move, then, if your team is across the map another... idk... 5-10s to run over there. Thoughts?

    I kinda feel like it should start at 5s then every death after gives you 2 more.
    Though I also feel like 60% of the time when i play the team that wins the first major fight in the middle is usually the team that loses.
    It just keeps happening.

    I would totally be interested in something like that, and maybe it resets after a certain point since you dont want to punish someone straight into the dirt, or maybe it caps at like 15?

    Personally I think they're fine. It's supposed to be punishing.

    Maybe in casual mode shorter respawn timers would work, since it would mean more time fighting per match.

    They feel a little long given how fast a match can end, however at the same time if they were too short then playing in a way that involves diving into a fight without your team is less punishing because you can get back tp the fight too fast. Its a difficult balance to have for this type of game mode.

    Unfortunately I believe that "Being too much" is exactly the point they're going for.

    The objective seems to be a very short mode and what makes it shorter than enabling snowballs? 10s in CC is an eternity to be downed, you even need time to get back into the fight so it ends up being like 15s, and some classes don't quite just get going right away so you may just end up dying again because you couldn't get the ball going.

    Also because of that, regrouping is impossible, because the time you'd need to get your full group together is enough to give up a full 50% progress and the key breaking, now your full group is going against THEIR full group who had more than enough time to Standard Elixir and probably have way more Limit Break on their bars anyway.

    So If anything they might consider making the escalating 10s worse.

    I don't think it's too much time. Honestly, I think that players should remember that they all have a 4.5-second cast full restore on their bars at all times that never goes away. It's a long cast so you need to slip away where you won't get hit for that long, but it can really be a game changer, even if you're at full HP but just need more MP for Recuperate, it can be a godsend.

    The annoying part is the fade to black after the timer runs out, a small loading screen, and then a ress animation. It makes the ress time way longer than displayed.

    Bingo this is it right here! All of this adds another 5 seconds to the timer that isn't being shown in the game itself. This is something they have to fix.
