Lack of Balace in the Crystaline Conflict

Noticing that every game I've been teamed up against a tank, healer (generally a white mage and warrior), and 3 dps. Meanwhile, I'm consistently never put into such a team. Now I know as a dps queing I'm obviously reducing my odds since I'm neither a healer or tank, but how is it possible that EVERY SINGLE GAME the enemy is a tank, a healer, and 3 dps but I'm very very rarely getting into such teams? Am I just really unlucky?

I get wanting to not have ques take an eternity but I'm constantly being put into teams that are virtually guaranteed to fail. Speaking of which, the whole ranking system is gonna incentivize match dropping to not lose rank. It's an interesting idea, but why bother staying a game you know you're going to lose when it'll cost you progress within a rank? Better to eat a 30 min deserter and try again and hope to win the next round. Rinse and repeat each time you're losing.
