Random Crashing After 6.1 Patch

[Raincrown]

So after I fixed my dx11 crashes last patch, I assume this would be resolved, but I've gotten 4 crashes in less than an hour trying to progress through the MSQ. It happened during cutscenes and out in the overworld. I have not had any crashes before 6.1 after I did the Repair Game fix. I do not have Discord overlay on, and judging from other threads here a Repair Game/reinstall will not work. Here is my system info log and a picture of the error code:
