    Moving a house in 6.1

    Evening everybody,
    Simple question, that i'm sure i missed, but can't find the answer to. If i already have a house and i am looking to Ishgard, i need to use the new lotto system; which is fine.

    My question is though, from the wording when i go to the placard, it looks like i have to give up my house to bid on the new one; is this the case? Or do i keep my old one up and until i (potentially) own the new one?
