I don't know if there is an easier way to access that menu, but I get there via the menu "Party" -> "Party Members" -> rightclick on your name -> "Edit Search Info". (You can also get there faster by pressing O if you are on PC, no clue about controller.)
I hope they just merge the two, they seem very fitting together.
