    I'm rather late, but Fulminating is right, it's from the Qitari beast tribe for 6 tokens (pixies & dwarves have one as well)
    Got back to the game after a break and was surprised to find these by accident, guessing both EW tribes have one, too? (haven't got them to rank 7 yet)
