    Black mage do get better or am I bad ?

    My brother is back at healing so I'm switching to DPS. Started a BM to see if I'D like the class and now that I am lvl32 I can see that my damage is bad. I usualy end dead last DPS. Sometimes when I give all that I've got I can beat the healer, sometimes.


    Is it normal for low level mage ? It might be me but I feel that BM doing lvl 15-30 instance are easy to play. Spam Fire till low on mana then swap for frost. Fire/blizz2 on 3+ target and swiftcast on CD"

    I would not worry about your DPS until you are level 90 cause it doesn't really matter as long as your completing the content.

    It's not you. BLM gets most of its heavy hitting abilities later on so it's pretty scuffed at lower levels.
