No sound upon launching game

Hello, this has been a persisting problem for me and I was wondering if there were any fixes.

For some reason, FFXIV does not launch with sound, at all. There are times when, after leaving the starting screen and re-joining, it will give me sound, but with this patch, every time I have launched the game (which has been roughly 30 times) I have been unable to get sound.

I have tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling
Going windowed > Restarting > Borderless Window
Updating all my drivers, from graphics to audio.
Changing headphones.

Yet none of this has fixed it for me.

The only way I have been able to get audio is to use Voiceemeter. However, I do not want to use that anymore as it has been causing some trouble for other things within my PC.

I have made sure that:

My sound configuration in-game is on. All options. Master Volume, BGM, Sound Effects, Voice, System Sounds, Ambient Sounds, Performance, all of it is not muted.

I have checked my volume mixer and speakers. Oddly enough, there are circumstances where multiple instances of the game are somehow open, and yet there is no sound from my headphones:

I have disabled *every* audio device outside of the Realtek High Definition Audio driver, and yet somehow, while Youtube videos play crisp and perfect sound, I still have no sound from the game. Regardless of whether or not the settings are on.

Please, let me know what specifications or data you need from my computer. Give me instructions on how to fix this, I beg of you. I just want to enjoy the game in it's whole, with sound, with music, everything.

We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.

When reinstalling the game, have you attempted to move it to the main drive off the PC? Additionally, does the audio issue occur when headphones are being used?

I moved it to the main drive of my PC when reinstalling, and it did not change anything, so I re-installed and put it back onto the SSD.

I do not have speakers, I only have a pair of headphones so I am unable to test whether or not the audio issue occurs when I am using speakers.
