Aliiance raid events after Raid 1....

considering the incident involving publically talking about meeting members of the twelve in public very loudly, I feel in Raid 2 and Raid 3 story we may see a lot more people in the Raid base later because words like these tend to spread fast. I feel by the end of the Raid storyline due to how word has spread and so many came to see if the rumors about WoL meeting the Twelve are true, the raid base location becomes a Sanctuary of Prayer where the people can directly meet the twelve while they still maintain the minimum interference policy.

Such a event may also help WoL better understand the Twelve during the Raid storyline progress due to meeting people who are vastly knowledgeable about their specific god.

Just an idle thought about MSQ.

I do kind of want to try what's left of my Blessing against the corruption of the void, seeing as it's basically the protection from aether corruption that the echo grants, but turned up to 11.

If I can handle the concentrated essence of several lightwardens, I should be able to skip through the void like it's just a pleasant summer day, right?

I mean that's basically what we're planning to do, isn't it?

We've already been through the WoD of Darkness with little issue, but we were only there once, relatively briefly; there's no telling how long we can actually stay in there, only that Bad Things Happen if we overstay it. So we're as much at test as the warding scales, we're just one step further in the experiments.

Something I'm curious about and having trouble wrapping my mind around. In the future G'raha came from that we prevented, the First was in the process of rejoining with the source. Why was the First able to rejoin after being flooded by Light, but the 13th wasn't able to after being flooded by Darkness? What's the difference? Someone said it might have to do with either Black Rose being released at the same time as the First starting to rejoin, or that the 13th was "tethered" to the source by the contract with the Cloud of Darkness and couldn't rejoin due to that. I'm really confused. xD Sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask in. I didn't want to make an entirely new thread to ask this question. My apologies.

Shadowbringers explained this: Yes, when the First was being consumed by Light Aether, on the Source the same elemental type of Calamity was occurring with Black Rose. (This also makes Heavensward and Thordan's Ascian-supported attempt to become a Light-themed Primal to wipe out the dragons and try to conqueror Eorzea make sense - Black Rose was the back-up plan.) When Igheryorm caused the 13th Shard to be consumed by Darkness, the other Ascians hadn't caused an equal Darkness Calamity on the Source, so the 13th just sits there.

One thing I never quite understood about this is that if the 13th is just sitting there, would a dark-aspected calamity on the Source have caused it to Rejoin? If so, why didn't the Ascians ever go back and try to do that? They said the 13th was just a Void and useless and made it sound like it could never be Rejoined.
