Cannot Connect to game, Error (30002) 1337275452,6470148,5

I can't believe how long you've had this error and they have not fixed it for you. It is obviously on their end...

Have you considered deleting him and starting over? I think you have to be 30 to get the mount though, and they are removing it after 1.23 which is in a couple weeks or so Sucks though, they should really be on top of things and fix it for you...if it was nearly any other company it would have been fixed long ago. How shameful SE.

In my years of playing FFXI I have come to learn that their customer service is next to useless and you are basically on your own. ; ;

Edit: Have you tried to call a GM on the character you are able to log in with to ask them to move your character (the stuck one) maybe they can put him back in Uldah (Or wherever) and you'll be able to log in?
