Any way to recover my settings

So many years ago I uninstalled the game and took a break. When I came back I had to redo all my hotbars and stuff but it wasn't a big deal, I hadn't played long and only had 2 jobs to worry about.

Around SB I remember reading that those things were moved client-side. In 2018 my SSD suddenly died and I had to get a new one. When I re-installed FFXIV, all my settings were still there. All gear sets, all hotbars, etc.

I got a new computer a week ago and when I re-installed the game lo and behold, I've got NOTHING. Is this due to the steam/SE account merge? It has taken me years to get my UI just how I like it, hot bar setups on all 19 jobs, all gear sets, etc. It seems so daunting to start over again with optimizing all that I just can't bring myself to do it. Is there any way to recover these setttings? From my old PC maybe?

there might be a way to do it since you said you got a new pc you can possibly copy your old ff14 game folder to your new pc since ff14 saves your game settings in your game folder that can possibly work the only issue with this is if your old ff14 game folder doesn't match since we just patched id try that and keep my fingers crossed

Well the "restore" option in the first link is what I tried originally. It says up to 10 backups are made and one is made any time you download a patch. When I click on restore though it says no data available.
