Idea: Gardens in already instanced areas

The one unfortunate thing that I think everyone wants is gardening, which has some items that are exclusively created using Cross Breeding. Why not allow for us to have a small little 3x3 garden patch in Waking Sands? It would be a cute little side quest, where an NPC needs us to look after her garden or something and then after we bring her seeds or whatever, she allows us to use it whenever.

My only other idea would be to allow a sunroom option? I mean we have windows anyway. Also somewhere I heard that plots couldn't be indoors because it's all based on weather? What would it even matter if we have individual vases we can garden with anyway?

Something that YoshiP explained in the past is that intercross gardening is tied to weather conditions, and weather conditions don't actually exist inside of instances the way they do in the wards and open world zones (the default displayed on an instance mini-map is a placeholder, usually set to match the skybox for story telling purposes). We don't know if that's something they've been able to change.

Certainly it would be nice if it was allowed but we don't know if they ever will.
