Um, serious problem here Square with your new housing

As Verbatim from the patch notes:

"Every housing district will now have dedicated wards for private and free company estates.
As of Patch 6.1, estate plots have been allocated as follows:

Free Company Estates: Wards 1-18
Private Estates: Wards 19-24"

So what does that mean for those of us who have private estates in said wards, do you just intend on taking our houses from us and making us fight for a replacement, or are you gonna force those that have said houses to turn them into FC houses, cause if so this is just flat out wrong. I am sorry but as someone who has played this game since 2.x this is something horribly low for you, If you plan on letting us keep our houses as they are that is fine, but if this change is what you plan to force you may kill a lot of the interest in the game especially for those who has spent years grinding up gil to get said Cottage/House/Mansion.

Just read the Lodestone. Jeez. All houses which got demolished after 6.1 goes live will be under the new Rules. All others keep their stuff till its get demolished or manually given up.

Much like how they haven't required folks who have multiple houses through grandfathering to give up those houses, they're not going to require you to leave. If you move, you'll be expected to move into the appropriate wards - if you don't, you stay. If you've been here since 2.x and watched people get grandfathered in when the rules changed for number of houses, why would you think something different would happen this time?

You get to keep your home. When you finally abandon it, or it gets demoed, then it matches the FC/personal status of the ward at that time, but until then - NOTHING CHANGES FOR YOU.

It's called "Grandfathering".
