[PLD] Change Cover (PvE) to match Guardian (PvP)

With patch 6.1 all classes received a PVP skill rework. As apart of that rework PLD received the skill Guardian:

20 Yalms

Rush to a target party member's side.
Additional Effect: Take all damage intended for the targeted party member
Duration: 10s
Can only be executed when member is closer than 10 yalms.
Cannot be executed while bound.

Now to me, this just seems like an upgrade to Cover that we currently have in PVE. I would love for the skill to be updated to match its PVP counterpart (with the necessary adjustment; gauge cost, etc.)

I feel it would add to PLD's protector theme and just be fun to use. I also think it could synergize nicely with PLD'd ranged potential in their rotation. (I.E: Dashing someone to protect them while in magic phase).

I believe that this would be a nice little QOL change to make our current Cover a bit more useful, not as niche, and just plain more fun.

I'll be honest, this change wouldn't make it anymore useful than Cover. The gauge cost is the single reason why Cover is useless, especially when compared to Intervention. Overlooking the gauge cost, Cover is significantly better than Guardian, as Cover doesn't cause you to move, while if you were to use Guardian, it would potentially screw melee positionals if you used it while holding threat, or may screw up execution of a mechanic that is position based. Only way to improve Cover, is either remove the cost, or add damage reduction to Cover, making it as equally worth using as using Intervention.

Guardian makes a lot more sense in PvP and sounds really good, but it would not be that great in PvE.

I probably woudln't mind if it was added to PVE, but I can understand it still be underwhelming to a large number of people. I know it be a pain to have it move you and screw up positioning but it could potentially just be another button like how ninja has the same ability with raiju but one is a dash/gap closer and the other while in melee allowing them to keep moving freely while positioning. Woudn't hurt to get some kind of mitigation for protecting someone as the classic person with a shield I woudn't even want a strong one either just something (random dumb idea maybe a type of meh regen like how GNB has to make up for the fact you took the brunt of the damage for yourself and your selected ally again not a good one just AN idea of something). I woudn't even mind if it would just replace shield bash since I'd only use it on the rare occasion of getting a double stun on 2 enemies...but it's still part of the global cooldwon so it usually just felt forced at that point. I also like the idea of just being able to say "Get behind me!" as you dash in front of a teammate and pop wings

That is basically what Intervention does. Mitigation and a regen on the target. This will always be the better option over cover unless Intervention wouldn't save the person from death.
