There hasn't been a dps check in the game since HW. It's literally as hard as you make it. Bad at your job? Dps check. A group of 8 mediocre players? Where's the DPS check? Spamming succor is good healer gameplay doesn't anyone know?

What? Savage raids have a hard enrage timer lol. There's still dps checks in the game.
