That makes a lot of sense. I guess something like that has more serious implications than the removal of Kaiten ever could.
Agreed. Though, Yoshi-P should have still said sometung about Samurai. Remaining silent on it for so long really isn't the right move to make. Addressing PvP right now is important due to its massive success and the attention it has on it right now, but Samurai still needs to be addressed and mentioned by them in detail as to what they are going to do with it and our feedback we've been giving his team. People have already spoken about themselves feeling uneasy about other future job tweaks surrounding PvE because of what happened to Samurai. And ironically, Yoshi-P is creating a similar situation he had already intentionally made around Black Mage: creating rumors, unease and increasing negative attention surrounding the battle system of his game.
