Neutering kenki management has considerably dulled this job for me. You used to have to pay attention to kenki to be able to Kaiten before every iaijutsu. Now you just mash Shinten.
If button bloat is an issue then they should have merged Ikishoten with Ogi Namikiri or given Shoha cleave damage instead of making it I / II. I would love to see a revert. A more realistic case would be SE adding a new kenki dump next expansion 2 years from now to make kenki management more interesting. My expectations are very low however, considering the recent history of SE doing very poor choices with job design and choosing to balance jobs around an imaginary audience of people who would like jobs to be easier overall.
