Samurai changes are unacceptable in the current iteration

There seems to be some discussion on our gap closer recently, whether or not it would be nice to have a free cost one before the fight or some other implementation

I would love to see the cost increased, actually, and in return, get rid of the cooldown.

If it had a higher cost, but no cooldown, it'd reward mindful kenki pooling in niche situations by letting players get extra GCDs in melee compared to what's currently possible.

A higher cost would also break its kenki-to-potency ratio parity with Shinten as an added bonus.

As for getting a free one at the start of the fight, how about we just start with full kenki? Instead of having to Ikishoten immediately we'd be rushing to burn kenki to make room for Ikishoten - sounds fun maybe?
