Well, it is easier to shovel it on your customers because they're paying you to play the game. Saves you money, and you can just tune out the criticism. Win/win in their eyes.It honestly feels like they are ignoring criticism out of pettiness now because they are offended the feedback for SAM wasn't professionally nice like you'd receive from paid QA testers... which it won't be if you instead use paying customers to test your game. Who'd thunk.
