Why do FCs get 75% of the wards?

This is great for two main reasons and I will die on this hill!

1) FC housing can house many different people unlike private housing.

2) They make our neighborhood system much more alive since there’s more people in the neighborhood thanks to multiple people sharing a FC house.

Also in patch 6.2 we get private Island sanctuaries which each come with their own house. This should help fill the need for private houses.

There is 0 evidence that private, instanced housing is coming with IS. We have next to no information about it. If this does end up to be the case then fantastic. But I highly doubt it, given they've been dead silent about it other than "freeroaming minions" for almost a year now. There's a reason they've been so tightlipped about the details, and they've literally said that we need to "lower our expectations" regarding IS. Not to mention, more FC housing isn't going to make this merry, block-party-having community. You're delusional if you actually believe that. What will end up happening is whatever plots aren't bought by dummy FCs of people trying to get their own "private" house will sit empty and/or unpurchased. So that's a pretty dumb hill to die on.

Not happening. Very much for worse, they're afraid of stepping on players' toes, even though it's a reprehensible action.

I'm not necessarily saying they should, but the issue is a matter a small number of people controlling a lot of property. Statistically it's more likely to please more people than it pisses off.

Mist P19/20/21 - P49/50/51 are a good example of the most abandoned smalls that are just used by dummy fcs with one player in them, feel free to take a look at them when you log in and report back here. and that I do know from my own eyes because I checked it several times a day for months until eventually one came up.

And even then 275 of 1678 FC Houses on Zodiark having less or exact 3 Members. This accounts for a total of 16,38% of all FC Houses or of 4,77% of all total available plots before Patch 6.1. If we assume that all of those 275 are just abondened shell FCs and not one Single Player FC which uses their FC-House on a regular basis i'm still not sure where your 80% came from.

Only 4 are required to create an FC and to buy a plot. Afterwards it doesnt matter how much are left in the FC. Thats the reason why people can still hold an FC with an plot as a single person.

Zodiark FC's total : 1644
Zodiark 1-10 members fc's : 920 (55%)

My original number might have been a bit too high, but it's still over half of them, being purely used either for submarines,abandoned,probably empty or used as personals with a few alts inside. My point more than stands, despite the percentage being a bit lower.

Spriggan as an example is :

2003 fcs 1-548 members
1440 fcs with 1-10 members. (which equals to 71%)

That is WAY over 50%.

Ragnarok same thing with over 50% of fc houses with 1-10 members, and this works for every world.

The biggest world being Chocobo, with a total of 2700 fc houses, and 2100 fc houses with 1-10 members. (77%)

Actually during an interview with Zepla Yoshi actually said it is NOT instanced housing.

Citation needed because absolutely nothing shared so far about Island Sanctuary has stated it includes a house.

Try adding in the full translation of his statements instead of editing it to fit your agenda.

He was saying we have housing, that has a focus on the house, garden and furniture. And then there is Island Sanctuary that has content beyond those those things, not including those things.

Again, citation needed of specific statement that states Island Sanctuary will include housing. I mean if it exists it should be very easy to find and very clear without any word games. All he needs to do is say "Yes, Island Sanctuary will include housing".
