Nothing's stopping you from putting the PerfectMinuet button in both places while other people who want to save a bar space save a bar space. This change 100% does not need a reversion.Having Wanderer's Minuet turn into Pitch Perfect annoys the hell outta me. I use WM once every two minutes, I don't need to cast it frequently so it doesn't need to stay on my main hotbar and can instead be grouped with Mage's Ballad and Army's Paeon on hotbar 2. Pitch Perfect on the other hand is an ability that gets frequent usage when I'm in WM and thus it's on my first hotbar and within easy reach. I want those two separate so I can keep my hotbars organized (Songs grouped and out of the way, low cooldown oGCDs grouped and accessible), but that's gone to shit. It seems like a minor thing on paper but it's gonna bug the hell outta me and I hope they revert it.
Unless they change it to one of those "This action cannot be assigned to a hotbar" skills. In which case everyone will be forced into using the new keybind.
To clarify, I'm happy with most instances of hotkey consolidation, where one skill turns into another. If they had changed Ikishoten to Ogi Namikiri on SAM, for example, I would have been happy. It makes sense in cases like that where a skill is only usable once another has been used, and is used on a long cooldown. Wanderer's Minuet and Perfect Pitch is an example of button consolidation I do NOT want to see. Perfect Pitch is used frequently during the 43-45 second Minuet window, and acts essentially like another Bloodletter/Empyreal Arrow oGCD that's weaved regularly. I want to put it in the same general area as those two on my hotbar, not in my song section which otherwise only sees action 3 times every 120 seconds.

You can still put the one action in two different hotbar slots. Nobody is being forced to use a single button for both Minuet and Perfect Pitch.
