My first concern is seeing everything limited to a single hotbar and the heals limited to very long CDs.

After going in, everything was moving so fast, it was a chaotic mess. I had no idea what was going on and I was dead in seconds. Once I got back up, dead in seconds. If I got in range to use my spells, dead in seconds.

It felt like I was watching a video of Fortnite and avert one match, I walked away demoralized. I’m going back to healing Savage, that’s more fun for me than that deathfest. I’ll look at Ultimate when my group finishes P4S.

If they change raid healing into what I saw in PvP, I will sadly have to look for a new game. That is not I want healers to become.
I might suggest avoiding WHM.

There's no sense to focusing most healers in PVP right now but old habits die hard. However, if there's a healer you want to focus, it's WHM. It can top the match stats in both damage and healing with a cohesive team, and has some of the best CC on top of all that. So, people will want WHM dead. I'd suggest playing a class that gets focused less to start with, until you've learned to survive better.

But, it's always rather fast paced so I can't say you'd like it even if you do.
