Help my account got fished and i didn't have a one-time password and the hacker put a one-time password on my account !! and i could not login to my square enix account even if try to change my pw it requires a top

Really sorry this happened to you. I don't have any advice about how to contact support, hopefully someone else does.

One piece of advice I've seen for people in your position however is to try to contact your friends, FC members etc. through Discord or some other source. Have them report your character as stolen and forward any info to support. That way your character can get a (temporary) ban to limit the damage. When you get control of your account again Sqeenix can remove the ban and possibly to do a roll back to before the breach.

Seems like alot of people fell for fake 300M raffle links . Whoever the person is behind all of this hacking people’s account for their gils is low af .

Hopefully once you get the account back under control you will no longer click over links that take you to sites that then ask you to logon to them without first checking the sites - most browsers have password managers and if you are having to type in the details that should ring alarm bells.

Also set to OTP - it costs nothing and saves a fortune.
